Teodor Gherasim M.Sc., Ph.D. was born and raised in Romania, and came to the U.S. in the late 1980’s. A retired engineer with a background also in economics, he worked in various responsible positions in Romania for over 30 years. He is a published author in his own country with over 46 books.
