Half leather with marbled boards & gilt top edge. Secure binding with clean pages. Lightly rubbed front cover and a little more moderate to rear center. There are some burn marks on the cover at the rear board spine edge & bottom spine leather edge. And it slightly warped the rear board (barely bowed in). 1/2 inch top spine leather tear (partially repaired). About 7-3/4 x 5. Fair condition (due to cover) with secure binding & nice clean pages.
