Moderate rub marks to the cover with smaller frays to the extremities. Secure binding and clean pages (few light scattered fox marks near the front) with mild gutter wear at the inside cover joint. About 8 x 5-1/2 with 442 pages plus ads [one of the rear advertisement pages was removed (TORN OUT) at the gutter]. About fair plus condition.
