Original owner name/Rome 1845 date at the top of the title page. water stain on the rear board, lightly affecting the inside cover/last page. The spine cloth has been reattached, and the covers are rubbed. Cloth tears at the spine edge with the joint showing. Front cover with attached page to XII detached and present. Secure text block with clean and clear text pages and light scattered foxing. 7-1/2 x 4-1/2 with 532 pages. Rare in poor-plus condition due to the cover and MISSING MAP!
