Kimball Union Academy is a private boarding school located in Plainfield, New Hampshire. Founded in 1813, it is the 22nd oldest boarding school in the United States. In the nineteenth century, Kimball Union was a co-educational school, its social life integrated with the village of Meriden, where many students traveled from their local family farms. While our current students come from countries around the world, we still value our community of young men and women living and learning together in our historic village home.
