Taped tears (2-1/2 inch spine edge tear) to the cover with some heavy creases. And a few of the ads at the front and rear of the book have been cut out (some have been completely cut out at the rear part). The pages and text block are otherwise clean and secure, with some mild scattered foxing and corner creases. About 9-1/2 x 6-1/2 with 98 pp. plus ads (LVIII.). Poor condition due to cut out ads. Includes an 1892-1912 (8 x 3-14/16 inch oblong) Dicennial Souvenir, Thursday and Friday June 13, 14, 1912. Rare!
