Dark, reddish brown hardcover with a faded gilt title to cover and spine and a 16 in a circle on the lower spine. Moderate soil on the cover with some surface rubbing to the edge and a few small wear marks. Very nice interior for the age with a solid binding and clean pages. Thick heavy catalog about 11-1/2 x 9-1/4 with xxxvii contents plus 1082 pages. Original company bookplate (apparently delivered to, with name and address, and no. 1122). Illustrated throughout. Rare Americana!
